Creating your online account via PC/Mac:
1. Visit www.fillmyrefills.com
2. Enter pharmacy webcode “TEBA” at the bottom of website
3. Fill out required information
4. Follow remaining verification prompts
Creating your online account via phone:
1.Open your Apple Store or Google Play Store and download the 
application
2.Enter phone number and zip code of our pharmacy: “347-517-4833” “11209”
3. Click on Navigation Bar then click “Sign in” on top of your screen
4. Click on create new account at the bottom of your screen
5. Follow remaining verification prompts
